DEN サロン 利用規約
2026年10月1日 制定（案）
DEN サロン（以下「このサービス」）は、hostel DEN（東京都中央区日本橋本町4-13-8。以下「DEN」）が運営する、イベントの案内と参加表明のためのサービスです。このサービスを使う人は、この規約に同意したものとします。
1. できること
- イベントを見る・「行く」を表明する・取り消す
- お店・主催者として申し込み、DEN の承認を受けて自分のイベントを載せる
2. 参加表明について
「行く」は参加の予約や契約ではなく、行くつもりであることを知らせるものです。参加費の支払い・当日の受付などは、各イベントの主催者の案内に従ってください。ニックネームと一言は、イベントのページに公開されます。
3. してはいけないこと
- 他の人になりすますこと、実名・連絡先など個人を特定できる情報を書き込むこと
- 宣伝・勧誘・URL の書き込み、同じ内容の繰り返し
- 人を傷つける・差別する・法令や公序良俗に反する書き込み
- このサービスの動作をさまたげること
DEN は、これらに当たると判断した書き込みを、予告なく非表示・削除できます。
4. お店・主催者の方へ
承認されたお店・主催者は、自分のイベントの内容に責任を持ちます。事実と違う内容、法令に反する内容は載せないでください。DEN は、ふさわしくないと判断したイベントを非表示・削除し、そのお店のログイン（パスキー）を止めることができます。DEN が主催しないイベントでの事故やトラブルについて、DEN は責任を負いません（DEN に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除きます）。
5. 変更と停止
DEN は、このサービスの内容やこの規約を変えたり、サービスを止めたりすることがあります。大事な変更は、このページでお知らせします。

DEN Salon (“the Service”) is run by hostel DEN (4-13-8 Nihonbashi-Honcho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo; “DEN”) to list events and let people say they are going. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. What you can do
- Browse events, say you’re going, and cancel
- Apply as a host and, once approved by DEN, post your own events
2. About “I’m going”
It is not a booking or a contract — just a way to let others know you plan to attend. For fees and check-in, follow each host’s instructions. Your nickname and note are shown publicly on the event page.
3. Please don’t
- Impersonate others or post personal information such as real names or contact details
- Advertise, solicit, post links, or repeat the same content
- Post anything hurtful, discriminatory, or unlawful
- Interfere with the Service
DEN may hide or delete such posts without notice.
4. For hosts
Approved hosts are responsible for their own events. Do not post false or unlawful content. DEN may hide or remove events and revoke a host’s passkeys. DEN is not liable for incidents at events it does not organize, except in cases of DEN’s intent or gross negligence.
5. Changes
DEN may change or stop the Service or these terms. Important changes will be announced on this page.
